Minor league racing is designed for owners to test out their horses in training to help determine if they want to move them up to the regular races as needed.
Cost: $2000 for initial horse (can be transferred to regular races). A different horse can be substituted for $1000 at any time.
Payoffs: First place horse owners will collect $300 per race. 2nd pays off $100.
